Version 2.0​

A few days ago we released the first version.

New to Lingor Island:
  • [NEW] You see now the damage of vehicles in percent - Screenshort
  • [NEW] Compass is now twice as big! - Screenshort
  • [NEW] Vehicle - AH6X_DZ (Yes, this version was never added bevor!)
  • [NEW] Vehicle - MV22_DZ (transportMaxWeapons = 20 transportMaxMagazines = 100transportmaxbackpacks = 15)
  • [Fixed] Barackdoors
  • [Fixed] You can now refuel Empty Jerrycans
  • [UPDATED] Vehicle wrecks and road blocks are now where they supposed to be.. ON THE ROAD!
  • [UPDATED] Changed tent model
  • [UPDATED] Tents Now have 60 Item Slots, 15 Weapons Slots
  • [UPDATED] Loadingscreen (Screenshort)
  • [UPDATED] DayZ Code has been updated to 1.7.5
Updated Map Addons:

  • Newest version of Brg_Africa has been added (Created by Berghoff)
  • Minor cleanup, fixed some rpt errors
  • Changed view geo lods on nearly all trees/plants
  • Changed mass and damage type on Banana plants/trees
  • Removed ArmA texture reference on jungle_old_twisted tree
  • Fix model bugs
  • Added missing lods for the twisted jungle tree
  • New more accurate viewlods for canopy trees
  • Switched to ArmA II tree shaders

I've been trying to get a server up for our local community and been running into a few issues at the moment. Generally just a "Something went wrong!" message... and then it also goes on about dayz_code\ui\loadingscreen.ppa or something like that... just completely missing.

I feel like I'm just not calling something up correctly... or not in the correct folders?
 
Nevermind - It was just 90% of them being tards and not manually loading up the @mod
 
How have you Start my Version?
If you use the DayZCommander you must override the original DayZLingor Folder with my Files.
I think you have Start my Version + DayZLingor (ViLayer)
 
Somebody needs to make a DayZ Lingor +Units server. We had the opportunity to play on one a long time ago, and it was some of the most fun our group has had playing dayz to date. I understand it was taken down because icebreakr didnt allow them to use units? Do you know if we need permission to use the units vehicles? Some SUPERB vehicles in there :)

Server setup using Stapo's files but nobody can join because of script restriction #84
Any ideas what i can do to fix it ?
 
Open your Script.txt and search for "setViewDistance"
Replace that line with this one:

I didn't have to change anything, It was already set that way.
Still being kicked for script restriction #84
 
By changing the 5 to a 1 allows me to play :) Granted it isn't a fix but it does do the trick, so now it logs it but won't kick
 
Hey Skaro, any word on if this will become the official lingor version for Dayz Commander? Would be keen to host it for a little bit, I've missed lingor.
 
This was a great idea. Need to get it on commander and im sure we can fill up some servers fast!! Also i agree with Claw, a Lingor with units would be amazing.

I have talked with dotjosh and it coming for the DZC.
I'm not sure if it replace the Current Version, but i think there are 2 versions.
 
Loving this new release :D
Lingor was always a favorite of mine and now with the 1.7.5.1 code it's brutal, I think i've died 5 times in less than 24 hrs
