Best bet would be to go to the antihack's website and ask there.Try to find a config file like AHconffig.sqf in the init folder of the server.pbo and search for gtx gaming or infistar. You can change the text there. I got an really old copy so things may have changed.

You need another person on the server with the same radio and frequency. ACRE also doesn't changes your voice. It only scrambles your transmission if you are too far away or if there are mountains etc in your way.

You can change your ACRE Controlls in your acre_keys.hpp if you want. You mean your Key that let's you speak in Teamspeak? If you want to transmit via radio ingame you need to press Capslock. Your PTT Key is just for talking ingame without using the radio. You should get at least a pop up...

Are you using Push to Talk? Do you get the window in the lower right corner when transmiting? Can you configure your Radio? Do you get the squawk sound when pressing capslock? Is your Teamspeak Version Supported by ACRE? Do you use the right Version of the pluging (x86/x64)?
