[RELEASE] Ixxo's Chernarus Enhancements - Zelenogorsk & 3 Army Bases

Hi guys, this is a multi-release from me.

This is my enhanced version of Zelenogorsk together with 3 military type compounds/bases that I created.
Zelenogorsk now has a town center with a fire station, hospital, school and police station. I also added some apartments near the church and some trees and stone walls for cover along the dirt road as it felt very open.

The military bases are situated at Bor, Dichina Hill (similar to DayZ Standalone) and at Novy Lug. Each military base is surrounded by a wall/fence and loot-wise has a military house, 2 or 3 barracks, a guardhouse and some tents here and there.
I always found they were great for placing 2-4 AI at them for players to go to for a little challenge.

Technically perfect. But imho (!) a bit imbalanced.

1st, Zelenogorsk. I like the idea to have a third hospital on the map. But together with the firehouse, the office building and the supermarket it offers way too much equipment concentrated at one point. You should move the different buildings to several locations within Zelenogorsk. So that players are forced to move trough the whole town to scavange all the buildings.

2nd, The base near Vybor. I would remove it completely. You have the airfield next to the base. So imho there is no need for having a base with three barracks. Based on the distance the players have to move, your base has more value than the whole NWAF. ;)

Finally some constructive feedback!

I agree with most of your points actually. I've always been a fan of the survival aspect of DayZ rather than the "place barracks in every town" method, but I like to give different servers the option of at least making areas like this look more visually grounded in reality.

Zelenogorsk, unfortunately, does admittedly have all these buildings in close proximity to each other, but the land outside the store is flat, spacious and ideally located! It makes for an exciting pvp area, with high vantage points and close range combat opportunities. If the land in and around the town was a bit more flat I would look into making a more varied version of this addition. I will take that on board and see what I can do to provide an alternative, though!

The military base areas are individual so you can choose to have any of them or not to have them or any combination of them that are best suited to the particular server. In the server I created them for I had 4-6 AI at each of these areas and had them marked so it wasn't just a case of free loot. It was more of a special area to go and explore with a challenge and some risk attached. Also, regarding my Dichina Base, my NWAF enhancement has a few more barracks too so it is still the best area to go to loot-wise.

I like those cents! ;)
