This is similiar to PwnozOr's written one but i made it into a video, and some things he mentioned are not written, just trying to get it out there! Thanks.
Hello there, Sami here. I am the Lead Dev at DayZ Outbreak, and sadly to say our team has diminished to only 4-5 people. So we are on the hunt for smart and creative people who have the drive to deliver great content. We are not looking for specific positions, just people who want to help. You...
Hello there, Sami here, the dev's at Outbreak-Gaming are in need of a test server for our new mod "DayZ Outbreak" for anyone who can provide one will be credited and even more. You could join team meetings, and provide ideas, and be a dev yourself if you wish. All we need is a server with at...
Yes, notepadd++ is your best friend, also there is an .sqf plugin you can use to help you even more, here is a link to that plugin:

Just follow that tutorial and you should be ready to script! :D
Thats not an easy way to do it, you are having to edit the .sqf and .beidi file just to get barracks, thats a waste of time. Here is my tuturial;
Step 1: Download Jon Editor Update (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=5932)
Step 2: Place that pbo in your @DayZ folder in the Arma 2 oa Root...
Haha yeah im pertty sure thats the way everyone use to do it, the problem with that way for certain people is your mission file starts to get really large after a while.
Vilayer, they've run a custom server side code which has already screwed me over a million times, im guessing thats why this isnt working either, Vilayer is horrible when it comes towards customization.
Okay, theres a problem, for some reason whenever I upload the new Server pbo, its around 500kb, then when i start the server and look back where that server file is at, it for some reason re-sets itself back to 100kb, its like its not accepting the Server pbo and just deleting it and downloading...
Wait, so could i just put the SQF's in the Addons Folder for my mod then call it from the server_functions.sqf, would it work then? or you could describe a little more what you mean by "Somewhere on the server"
Hm, thats weird, because if you are merging with a fresh server mission.sqm theres honestly no way possible it could dupe like that. Maybe you merged YOUR files on accident?
Yes that is what i mean, so your taking the old server mission file and adding the changes, well, from what i can tell you are doing what i said in my first post. So make sure you grab a FRESH copy, not the one you already edited, and merge it then.
