Expressing my opinion about your server, and in the meantime returning the favor for you :)

I got really excited when I saw this server had no rain but not even 5 minutes after joining, it started to rain. I didn't find any of the custom buildings either, after looking for over an hour. The admins are very inexperienced and immature, I do not recommend this server.
