Yes this is a 2017 server. all of the 2017 servers have bandit skins active except for the shinkicker 2017 serer. but the problem with the shinkicker server is your charachter does not save upon logout

I really like that idea, on the server i am on now i have the very obviouse bandit skin and always shot on sight, so this will be a very nice change

I believe that there should be some custom bandit / hero skins in the game. the ones now dont really go with the game and ruin the feel. also you cant see the the AMAZING backpacks

Yes, also unless im on your server there is only one skin. the guy with the military helmet. and bandit skins are in the game on this ones. I would play on the shinkickers server but the characters do not save

YES

Its not that the backpack is not big enough but that the guns simply do not go in the bag, and its not just me its everyone on my server

i noticed that you are incapable of putting a gun in you back pack. is this a bug or meant to happen?
