The restriction script error 21 is due to the Namalsk trying to place a light module over a object in the map, you have to add a line to the scripts.txt http://www.nightstalkers.cz/en_index_dn.php?menu=en_dn_server

I'm pretty sure you need @dayZ in the parameter no luck on my end haven't tried in awhile to fix it, but I'll get to it in a bit.
