Where and how do I change the loadout for the AI retaliation squad? Player are purposely killing the bus driver so they can then kill the AI squad for the good loot! Also, do the AI squad only target the killer of the driver? Or will they carry on attacking anybody in the vicinity?

You can just clear it out or FTP a blank one, either way is fine :)

Dart won't monitor that, just either delete the contents of scripts.log or create a blank one and upload it.

That is not actually that big for scripts.log, I doubt that would cause lag unless you had any rcon tool that was reading that file (if you have, don't!). Yes you can clear it out, there are scripts to rotate the logs, if you don't use any just create a blank one and upload it every now and again.
