I think it will not save your placed buildings and you have to install all your scripts again to your dayz+ mission.pbo or day+ mission-folder (i dont know what you have) cause dayz+ has its own mission file. And wich scripts do you use? Maybe some of them wont work with dayz+...and maybe i can...
