It was Breaking Point and the lights didn't fire up. Completing the power grids in Cherno & Elektro turned on a transmission at Green Mountain once you arrived. I did it myself, did the thing at Cherno and Elektro power grids, went to Balota and didn't hear the transmission. I was bummed...
There was a script here (can't find the release) for a script called Protective Dome. Twas in invisible dome (radius) that only let people in that had their GUID in the script. Mainly used for keeping other players out of other players bases.
I don't want to use it for that as I think all bases...

So I found the fix.
In db>globals.xml: <var name="CleanupLifetimeLimit" type="0" value="50"/>
The value=50 is the number to change. 50 in real time is 50 seconds. I changed it to 86400 and now we have a 24 hour despawn timer for dropped items.
Case closed...

I adjusted the lifetime values for each item to a high value (86400) in my types.xml and the stuff disappeared after restart. I must be missing...
What I'm looking to do here is extend an item from despawning to an extended time value.
Examples:
Player picks up item('s), drops the item('s) which despawn and a new item appears x amount if minutes later.
Player finds camp, empties contents of storage containers, items despawn.
