I threw this in here since most people reading this section are renting their own server. After this last patch they fixed a few server issues.. However the server stability on my server went southward. So I was wondering if any one else was noticing the same or if this is an isolated issue...

I figured Id ask some experts. How often should a server be restarted when it is populated? Also, can you restart it successfully via RCON to fight the desync issues? (now that BE is enabled, in game rcon is enabled.. Yet to tinker with it).
