Thanks mate. We actually got it figured out the other day when one our players wrote us a nice little script. Perhaps I'll post it in here if I get permission from him. Our server is down now for reasons unknown to me (I'm primarily responsible for the dev. work and server doesn't belong to me)...
^ Thanks for that write-up, but I'm actually using the official MySQL database tool not Navicat. There is no 'Backups' table that I can see, but hopefully I can figure this out from the information you have provided.
I just recently upped my vehicle count from about 120 to 210, and I noticed that there were no care packages or wrecks outside of the heli crashes to speak of after I did this. I never noticed until now. This is going to bother me now.

Alright people I need some help with this one. I am pretty good navigating the database, editing the database, SOME scripting, etc. but I can not get this to work for the life of me.

A quick question about our vehicle spawn script..
We are currently running about 200-215 vehicles on our server. We have a total of about 15 airborne vehicles after a fresh restart, but they are quickly destroyed do to our static foggy weather.

Thanks for the class name. I just added these to my server and they are neither repairing or refueling as tested with a Tractor, Ural_Civil, or Police Car. I wonder if there is a generic repair/refuel depot that can work for ALL cars and not just their corresponding "side." I'll try and test...
Would you mind sharing the class name you used for yours? I know there are a few repair/refuel trucks, and I just want to make sure that this is going to work after several botched attempts. Thanks for the help!
EDIT: I see that there is a URAL, MTVR, and another repair/refuel vehicle...
Would you mind expanding on this a bit more? I'm not really sure what you mean by "loading them as a vehicle." Do you mean add the classname for the structure into the vehicle table?
So, I used the mission editor to add some buildings into Chernarus. I successfully added super markets, barracks, heli-pads, school/offices, field hospitals, and regular old hospitals. I also tried to add in some vehicle repair stations "TK_WarfareBVehicleServicePoint_EP1," but they are not...
