Add custom ban message

How do I add a custom ban message as well as the reason they were banned?

I.e. I could ban them for spamming side chat and the reason would be:

Spamming side chat
Request to get unbanned at unban.com

something like that

how are you banning people? If you use dart, just put the reason in there.
