Adding custom skins to AI

I'm looking on Armaholic for modded unit skins and I want to put some of them on the AI units in our test server. Has anybody accomplished this?

I have, but some dont function well llike the tk ones. However if their your own creations i havent experimented with custom ones.

In the previous version of DayZ we had our AI skinned with custom skins. The problem you are going to run into I believe is that you need everyone to have the new skins in their directory. In other words... You have to start your own @mod. This is what we have started doing.
