Adding my Avatar

I am trying to add my avatar to my profile and I keep getting, "server error occurred try again later." I've tried both 200x200 pixels and a little larger and used JPEG and GIF formats, but I still get the error. Any ideas?
 
make a gravatar account and then upload the image there and then go to ur profile picture and use the gravatar one
