Bad Cd key

Hy I got a problem when ever i try to join my server I get bad cd key eror I found a topic about it a milion times now when i need it i can't find it anymore so im asking for help if you can

in firewall close port 29910
now is server on unofficial cd key

Ty sadly my firewall doesn't want to even turn on but ill get that working i hope TY
