No building at Barracks, Hospitals, Prison, Supermarkets,
Base Destroying IS allowed, we have lowered the price of building materials and removed base decay.

.....Bandits are making a last stand at the prison, attempt to get past the guards and secure the weapon crate containing high end loot, make sure you get in and out as fast as possible.
