BEC - Problem with whitelist

I just started up my server after setting everything up.. However when I try to join it says I need to be whitelisted.

I looked thru the whole BEC config and stuff, but yet still I cant seem to find a config setting that allows me to turn off the whitelist..

HELP! ?
