Crash/wreck/pckgs do not spawn when using over 130 vehicle spawns.

Ported to Bliss from Saintly a few weeks ago. I have been fighting a bug where I can only spawn about half of the vehicles I want to spawn. If I spawn more than 130, the Crashes/wrecks/and care packages will not work. They do not appear in game, nor are they recorded spawning in the log. I have looked for information everywhere about this issue, and come up empty handed. If you have any advice, or need any reports/code/files, please let me know. Also, you can join our TS3 at 173.31.42.69 If you know a super easy quick fix!

I am battleing to get the care packages and wrecks to spawn with 50 vehicles. My server refuses to spawn them. I have no idea why. Asked server host to reset the .pbo

I have modified the .pbo and nothing.

Does not seem to be a lot knowledge out there on these issues.
 
I just recently upped my vehicle count from about 120 to 210, and I noticed that there were no care packages or wrecks outside of the heli crashes to speak of after I did this. I never noticed until now. This is going to bother me now.

Please keep us updated if you find anything out.
