DayZ Dual Admin Debug Monitor

The DayZ Dual Admin Debug Monitor (remember you saw it here first, probably!) gives admins a special extended debug monitor while giving normal players the regular version (non-admin), It is kept up to date by Nomadic Hayward (aka UrbanSkaters). When a regular NON-admin user logs in they will see the debug monitor on the left (see screenshot below) and when an Admin logs in (assuming you've put their UID in the list as explained on my github page), they will see the extended debug monitor.

Updated the Github page with clearer instructions and details on which code to edit in the compile.sqf file, rather than just giving you my copy to use. I've also removed the Always On feature as it was causing issues where it wouldn't show sometimes, I don't have time to figure it out yet but feel free to branch it on github and make your own version with the always on feature.
