Disabling DZAI

I want to be able to temporarily (or permanently if need be) disable DZAI. I've basically done the installation backwards, removed the DZAI folder, and removed the call for it in server_monitor, then repacked the pbo, but now the hive won't initialize. I get stuck at awaiting authentication. It seems to do this if I change anything about dayz_server.pbo as well. Am I doing something wrong?

All you need to do is remove the call in server_monitor.sqf. If you have problems connecting just start with a fresh server pbo.
