Help needed New at this

hi im new at this recently bought a server i managed to get in some scripts which im glad with but im having a issue with vehicles leaving and going back to spawn areas i havent tryed it with tents but id imagine its the same is there any tools i need to fix this ive been reading some of the threads but havent had time to read them all so any tips or links leading me to figure out to work this would be great
im unsure also if this is the dayz patch or server or the host provider so any details would be great to hear

Server provider im using is HFB @realitychernarus (hope im posting on right place lol)
