[Help] With inputting scripts onto vilayer hosting Please

I just purchased vilayer hosting and I have tried multiple times to input something as simple as a self blood bag script. I am full newb on this topic and I would just like some extra assistance on this subject. I have tried watching videos on youtube and have ended up making my server un-run able. If you could leave a somewhat detailed tutorial, video that shows how to do so and or come onto teamviewer your help would be very appreciated..
