how can i check on a players history

I run a whitelist on my server, when people apply they have to give me there guid,

i was wondering can i check the history of this player

it made me think as part of the application process i would like to check on the history of the player if it was possible?
 
i know that something is possible, the previous server i played n the admin would be able to check the player history ie how long they owned the game etc
