Is this a hacker please

Hi there, here is a link to a youtube video I recorded on my server the other night:

Does anybody know what this is plz..the green boxes in the bottom right corner look mighty suspicious to me but im not sure.

It was captured using the spectate feature on blue Phoenix admin tools.
Would love to know because I also saw it on one of my regular, apparently, trusted players.

Yes i think it may ne a hack because it looks like some targeting system but im not sure keep eyes on him/her.

I reckon it's a glitch personally

Plus no hacker I've ever seen has used their hacks to chop away at zeds with a hatchet...
