Issue With Food/Drink/CombatTimer. Variables.sqf Epoch

Alright, well as title states I have run across the issue of users Food, Drink not ever going down and after the combat timer is initiated for the first time the check is never ran again to remove them from combat. I believe this is a issue with my Variables.sqf so I will attach it for review. Could someone tell me how to fix these issues please?

Bump... Same issue here food and drink will not go down and staying in combat too... anyone know how to fix this please?

Vampire, what do you know about self blood bag and the combat timer....seems it's causing an issue for players and myself. I'd like to remove the combat timer....

Any knowledge on this?

Vamp's been a couple of weeks now without a post. Haven't seen him on my server either. I hope he's not moving on, he's a huge asset to the community.
