Looking for an inventory skin

I remember seeing a inventory skin done, that was being suggested for use for the DayZ SA by the public once, and I can't remember where it was... I saved the image to use as a desktop because I thought it looked awesome... and maybe if/when I ever had a chance to get myself a server, I might be able to include it into it...

any help on finding/making this addon/script would be greatly appreciated....
 
soz to tell you, but if it was photoshopped, it wasn't me that did it...

I was actually hoping to be able to get it as a script or something for a project i've been trying to organise
