Map Marker

Hi All

I am hosting through DayZ.st and i am wishing to allow players to be able to see themselves on the map, without lowering my difficulty.
I am aware of this thread, but i do not have access to that file.

Hi,

You have to edit your "*.ArmA2OAProfile " file. If you are using "DayZ Bliss" the file is located in "/dayz_1.chernarus/Users/Bliss/Bliss.ArmA2OAProfile"

Open the file and change:
map=0;

This way other players won't be shown on the map, but you won't be able to see your own location on the map too - you can't have them both.

I only have access to The dayz_mission.pbo, dayz_server.pbo and the database. And i have seen a server using the same host and running the server on Veteran with Player markers, so there must be some way to tweak the mission file or something.

If you're using DayZ.ST, i mostly just email them if i need access to file i don't have access to.
