Hello there guys, i recently installed steady state on my dedicated box, and was wondering how do i allow it to let the user to run my batch files since you can only block and unblock exe programs. Its just incase if my server ever crashes they can start it back up.

Point of me using SteadyState is for me allow other people to connect to my box with restricted windows programs and to stop them from accessing the hard drive and other windows stuff.

If im not able to its fine as i do believe i can still run the server on my admin account. Ill try it tonight when no one is on.

Are you using SteadyState on XP? Not sure if it supports server OS. SteadyState basically keep your system hard drive from having any changes. If you are looking at upgrading to Windows 7 or 8 Steady State will not work (even in XP mode). I would recommend using Reboot Restore Rx, if you are looking to reset your server on every restart. (It's free like SteadyState)
