PKM mags on Chernarus

Hey,

noticed that sometimes PKM mags are spawning at heli crash sites.
We already found them two times. Is that normal? Thought PKM is banned on Chernarus?!
Using normal build without any custom features and DB version 0.38.

They're for reloading the Mi17, as far as I know. Not sure that the reload option is working properly though.
