Players can't officially join game?

Hello,

Since today my players are having trouble joining. A few can actually join the game, about 2. But a lot of my players when they join get kicked by batteeye for client not responding. It shows there name in the players list, and when I spectate them they are in a empty open field, but eventually they just get kicked. One player described to me its as if its finished loading, they can hear the game noise for a few seconds, then they are just stuck in the loading screen.

Why is this happening?

I can join with no issue, but all my other players cant
