I have been reading for the last few weeks trying to fix my problem. BEC starts and works as far as I can tell because it says RCon admin #0 logged in and it will kick for idle and will kick for high ping. It will announce that as well. However my server will not shutdown or even announce a incoming restart. If anyone could help me figure this out i would be so happy!

I;ve been looking for the same. all i see is how to format the scheduler. and well i think we both did that lol. I do restarts thru vilayers control pannel, since i was told the BEC restarts bug vilayers system. But i did the restart messages in scheduler and they have not been showing up for weeks. I have been unable to find a single fix for it. I'm out of options.

Make sure your battleye paths are correct and that you have a bans.txt file in there. I seem to remember that had something to do with my BEC Scheduler messing up a while ago.

are your first few dhdhshs messages working?

i beleive the time format of your restarts and shutdowns are incorrect.
i know some documentation says that way but i think its wrong. dont use the seconds precision for time. use hours:minutes instead of hours:minutes:seconds

    IMHO ....

and i always found the specific time to be a poor choice compared to "time after restart".
suppose you have an issue at 2:30 and you have to restart ... now players rejoin and then in a few minutes they have to quit again for another restart? annoying for players to say the least.

    and,it,reduces,your messages because,one set,covers,all,restarts

Also, I know if there is a typo in scheduler.XML then they won't display either.

agreed. .. ANY error and the file wont load. but you will have a log output telling you so
