Problems with EMS for v1.0.4.2

So I host an Epoch 1.0.4.2 server and have been having trouble installing Epoch Mission System. My problem is, In my server_cleanup.fsm, I don't have the following lines of code that must be edited to get EMS to work:

if(vehicle _x != _x && (vehicle _x getVariable [""Sarge"",0] != 1) && !(vehicle _x in _safety) && (isPlayer _x) && !((typeOf vehicle _x) in DZE_safeVehicle)) then {" \n

I get a feeling it's because I have incorrectly installed SargeAI. If anyone here can confirm this, that would be fantastic!

(P.S. I am also experiencing crashing after the 1.0.4.2 patch, any ideas on a fix?)
