server_setup.bat Issue

When trying to run dayz_server_setup.bat for all the files in /xampp/ it gives an Access Denied, anyway to fix this?


Also I can't find a very detailed tut for setting up mysql, can anyone point me to one or walk me through please just msg me for that part.
 
Yes that is what I used when I used to run a DayZ server... all the current setups do not use the same .sql scripts so I still dont know what to use/do.

Also it seems everything in the Arma2 folder is protected/read only and no matter what I do it doesn't change.
 
It looks like I got server_setup.bat to run without a problem but it says it needs database updates so i ran server.bat and the first thing it says "ERROR 2003 Can't connect to MYSQL server '127.0.0.1 ' (10061)'

Secondly, how do you add the db to your mysql server?
