SQM to SQF?

I have a map addition I made a while ago. Since then I reformatted my computer and forgot to save the mission.sqm and mission.biedi files.

Is there a way for me to take the custom .sqf file and create a mission.sqm for me to edit in the 3D editor?

*Edit* Title was reversed..
