Has anybody found the dang survivor camp between black forrest and polana???

Is there a map up there that has all the cool upgrades listed so I can visit them all?

This is what my 098074 grid cord look like in person:

Guess that would explain why I cant find it... =\ Im running 0.1.9 which lists this camp as an addon, dunno why it doesnt appear in my server tho.
 
So far, I believe there are 5 total survivor camps, i have found 4 out of 5 of t hem, and this is the last one im missing.
