We've got the refuel at gas stations and shit, remove parts from vehicles, remove clothing from bodies (just added today, have had the meat issue for a while) and our anti-hack.
Might be an addon.
I know we had the base building mod installed on our servers, and we had the same issue.
Removed the addon and everything worked fine again.
I would remove all addons and then attempt to cook meat. If you can, then you are overriding a needed server variable, then you can start adding in the addons one at a time to verify functionality.
This may be an issue with your variables.sqf, if you are using the one that came with your Remove Parts script it could be causing the issue, I would grab the original one and do a compare to the one in the pack and make sure you have all the needed bits, also check the fn_selfActions.sqf the same way.
