Jump off your high horse mate, Just trying to help and before I can do that properly I wanted to know if trying the texview way was something you both had tried or not because if not the solution is to use Workbench which I would have shown you but forget it, I'm sure with a smart ass attitude...
Have any of you tried texview in the dayz tools? Should be able to convert .tga .eddes .png .paa ect... in there just open then save as and change the .tga to .eddes or whatever you like.
If not then only other way is to use Dayz Workbench but this is a little more tricky.
Late Reply but for anyone trying to do this in the future you would simply stop server delete the 3 types files types.001 types.002 and types.bin located usually in dayzOffline.chernarusplus/Storage_1/data
Restart your server and all loot should be gone or at least the items you changed nominal...
