i added a Base for a customer but only a some of the add ons saved

I used the 3D editor, and just used the normal way on making it into a Sqf, Then i added it to my custom Buildings folder. Had the Sqf location added to the inti file, but when i loaded into the server. Some of the map changes were not there, It was just in random locations. Please Help

Not Sure what that is im new to DayZ Scripting but i get no errors when i load the server
