Hello i have a dayz server setup with ACRE everything is working it says i am connected on teamspeak and it says transmitting but the only problem is it wont give that cool sound effect/voice effect so it just sound like me talking normally

Is it possible in my epoch server to have custom skins like for example download a random skin of armaholic and make it how u can spawn as it or find it as loot BEWARE I AM A NOOB PLEASE TRY TO EXPLAIN IN THE EASIEST WAY Thanks!;)
