How do i make the snow only to apear outside the buildings? If this already has been written about please give me a link as i couldn't find it myself.

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, but here it comes. i got a DayzCC server, with a HALO jump, and i wanted to add Flagpole HALO, A.K.A. instant Halo but i can't seem to make a init for the flagpole. Can someone help me with this? :D
