[Request] On-screen text

First of all i'd like to say sorry if this is in the wrong section. I had a quick glance around for a requests section and could see one so help seemed like the next best option.

I currently own a DayZ Overwatch server and i'm looking to add some text on-screen when people spawn. Just something simple like: "Welcome to TheSquadUK DayZ Overwatch server".
I first saw this on another server and thought it was a nice features so searched for a way to implement it into our own server, but yet i've had no luck.

Anyways, basically i'm wondering if any of you lovely people could help me out with this small request.

I saw that thread actually. Though the fact he says, "Credits style" and the ones in the video look nothing like what i want i didn't think it was what i was looking for. I'll get my dev to look into it and see what he thinks.

If anyone else has any ideas, shoot them this way.

even if its not what you wanted, you could still adapt code to the way you want it, it points out the files that need to be edited and you could do your own thing. i write a bunch of custom stuff on my server once i know where the files are.
