there is a symbol on the main page that indicates it is locked indead, must be some protection they have. If they don't release it soon, i'll post it somewhere else.

Its the formatting on google sites. I added the spoiler part as a file at end titled spoiler.txt
To download from google sites, you have to click on the little down arrow far on the right.

ok so I fired it up on the test server. After filtering everything in battleye I got it to work, except it doesn't seem to work. When I invite my buddy to the group it just seems to place us in a group with a non existent AI who is "away." It doesn't place us in a group together.
No server RPT errors... only error is in client RPT
So you formed a group, clicked your buddies name and invite, he got the invite, and then clicked accept, and then you were all in group. Where in that did it break down?
the AI is there on purpose to keep the group alive when you guys are offline. that is on purpose.
Once i know where it went wrong, i can figure out what is the cause.
actually no you click on the persons name in the group manager but there is no invite button, only "form group" the person never receives the invite. When you check after the person says they sent you an invite there is no way to accept the invite. Sorry for the delay. I am on US Eastern time zone and I had to be up for work at 4:30 AM
I'm flying home, but I'll look at it tonight. I had that happen when I changed servers due to something I forgot to add. I'll find my notes and add it. I'll drop you a note when it's up. Like I said, I carved this out of 25 other scripts sharing master level

thanks man and take your time. Im patient. People will just have to suffer with the random group thing until/if it gets sorted. On a side note, a small request, people love the dead body marker on the map so they can find their gear... idk if that's possible with your script or not. It's amazing how many dayz players don't know how to use the map/GPS.
That is a different script. I know how to do it, but haven't on mine because i don't start the players with a map.
Ok, its fixed now. You will need to redownload the 2 zips. I had missing functions in there that were in the master. now they are all located in the group ones.
Also I left out creating a custom 'ui_selectSlot.sqf' but i suspect you already had one since it worked to call up the radio for you.
Did you give it another try?
yea sorry i was just able to test it tonight literally as Im typing this. It all seems to work but I won't know fully until I put it on the main server and see how it works with a full server with many different groups.
I do have some small requests though if Im to make this go live. Im hoping you'll entertain them.
Mainly to add names to the name tags, add a dead body marker to the map, and also possibly move the the notifications down to title text instead of hints.. because anyone with their debug monitor open or if a mission goes live, they will not be able to see that they've received an invite.
