just to answer my own question..it works.
the pwnozor build from git uses a outdated version of hiveext.dll . Used the one from the dayz team (for version 1.7.7.1) saving and deleting works (after modifying server_publishObject)

i´ve added basebuilding to Pwnoz0r build with dayz 1.7.7.1 and after some hands on so far from the tests everything seems to be ok except that nothing is saved into the db. Does anyone know how to handle this ?
@tac: i think it´s recommended not to use any type of "taviana" in the name or even change the taviana loading screen

@zodian: If you are facing trouble with communityconfigurationproject make shure to include
Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\expansion; in the mod list on server startup.
start .\Expansion\beta\arma2oaserver.exe -mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\expansion;@DayzTavi
Since they are available on armaholic for everyone to download and no requirements except the credits and to keep original licence files i have no problem on this. The aliens mod was just a test how it looks like (anyhow its funny flying the mothership ^)

unfortunately the only fix now is to disable it completely.
to do so edit
in compiles.sqf
player_wearClothes = compile preprocessFileLineNumbers "fixes\player_wearClothes.sqf";
create a file in mpmission\fixes\player_wearClothes.sqf with content
exitWith {};
those additional little places will be distributed over the whole map. They might contain military barracks - medical stuff or just beeing hideouts for a clan. You have to search for those
adjust chances in db , adjust pMain() to the max. number of spawnpoints in your db. If you want more -> 3d editor, plaxe vehicles where they should be , save mission, convert mission from 3d -> 2d and finally import all spawnpoints to your database.
