some more information would be handy, which files are you using? Is the sleep feature in tents in the base mod or have you tried adding that in your self?
I don't think the bloodsuckers are in this version of the mod, if i remeber correctly jarrrk said it would be hard to kill a bloodsucker with just tin cans >.<
Finding good loot seems to be a hard task and even coming across a can of beans is a task in it's self
mission is fine by the looks of it, i am not getting any issues with my server using the mission file so it has to be your server.pbo which i suggest you use the older one as it has not changed.

Unless i am mistaken you should be able to move those files to the mission file, remove the selected lines and there you go, no more horrible warning messages about official servers.
Just because people don't post it here does not mean they have not figured out how to remove that section of code. In total that code shows up in 11/12 different files, it is easy to remove most of them but the last two in repair and retake are more of a pain.
