until now is the most maintained and opensource parser that i know that is good enough to make a lot of know scripts banned, this of course can be much better if us as community support it on the development.

Check if you can connect to prod instance with heidi sql
if not: use wireshark to follow the update stream maybe yoy must use the local ip instead the "internet" ip
mission.sqm and hiveext.ini are the correct files, are you compiling and replacing the correct mission pbo?
if you renamed, you edited the config.cfg name mission at the end?
delete the --> , <-- simbol (sorry i don't know the name in english :D) in the last items of the arrays addOns and AddonsAuto, or replace like this ones:

manual parsing? why not to use https://github.com/Torndeco/pyBEscanner a stable and community maintened parser can be enough with the remote scripts (excluding client memory sniffing...)
