The skins aren't blocked by battle eye. There is code in the dayz_server that basically changes your skin back to default if it's not on an accepted list. This is disabled in the current server files and has been updated in the coming server files.

The floodlights are fine in the updated version, it's just some anti-hacker code that dayz put in.

My servers spawn you with no items, so it may have carried over to the default. Most server admins will add their own loadout to fresh spawns.
I think petrol needs to be seperated.
It should be possible to fill your car up every few towns. However there should only be a few points that aircraft can refuel.
How to solve this problem is something I don't have much on yet! I like trucks being used as it adds another layer to the game...
The P90 is a very loud smg. It packs a punch to make up for it and has 50 rounds. The silenced is quiter, but can still be heard from some distance. Unfortunately the Dayz zombies either hear or don't, the main edge the P90sd gives is that you can still hear it, but knowing where the shot came...
Which vehicles?
Are you using the latest server files? The 'kill hacker' code isn't present in the server files that have been released.
The objects that have been added is something like 4,000. Doing it by hand is a monumental task for admins. An sqm file is more convenient
Both are known, one is related to the UN Gazelle (a 1x1 piece of glass) and the bad vehicle is a mystery.
I've set up a test server and will be hunting these errors down, they won't affect the gameplay. They are just ugly.
Finest are you using V1 signatures? Also is your Dayz commander updated?

Depends on the gun and ammunition. For the most part yes.
The bullet and gun each make a firing sound, so unless your weapon and ammunition are designed to be silent, you will make some noise. Some silent weapons can also be heard by zombies, just at a shorter range then the normal versions
It's the most effective way of banning weapons. It's a very useful tool for preventing some pretty stupid weapons from appearing on your server.
So long as they open up most of the normal weapons (even if they aren't on loot tables) I see no reason for this to be a problem
