Increased the range that a player must move in order to allow new zombies to spawn. This will allow players to "clear" an area of zombies and loot it without more zombies magically appearing.
Removed food from zombie loot.
Reduced chances for backpacks to spawn.

I can't find a Weather.c file anywhere. Where do I adjust the values to alter wind, clouds, rain, etc?
Two mods have been added to the server! They are Sullen Skies and Arctic Latitudes. This will allow me to have nights, but they won't be pitch black. The date of the server also has been adjusted, so it might get chilly (I hope!). If you use DZSALauncher, you don't need to do anything. The mods...
