Hey magnitek, how did you get this working for 1.8.3??

Perfect. I have just added that line into the 2 Epoch mission init.sqf files that I have. I will test it later this evening.

Hey SB, Last night I joined my Tavi server that you helped me setup. I was able to run around, check out the new map, kill those pesky zombies. Today, I tried joining again to simply test something and I am able to join but I can't see the screen, it is stuck on the DayZ Epoch black...

BTW, if I click on the wrong tab in the database via workbench and loadup an sql file and execute, will it overwrite anything already created???

A session of teamviewer might be in order. I tried to create a new database using workbench and I was getting a bunch of epoch.sql not found errors and other similar error indicating of misplaced or missing files, which I found interesting. Anyhow, chat with you later.

Ah, perfect. First of all, before I delete my character from the hive, will this also delete my character from my ordinary Epoch server?? BTW, have you glued your crystal ball back together??

so to delete my character from the hive, I must delete the atomikmulch folder found in the taviserver folder??

Alright, I've launched the server, launched Arma2:OA with the appropriate expansions, joined the server and after 30 minutes of trying to join I cancelled the process. So, what was happening was that the game kept cycling through the "Waiting for server to start authentication" process, over...

WHAT? You broke your crystal balls???? o_O   Well that answers my question........which will not be posted. :D But, I will post the RPT file as soon as I get breakfast.

Ok, I just tried joining the server. Launches beautifully but at one point, the client machine says in the Multiplayer setup screen: "Receiving mission file (0kb/0kb)", and it freezes there. It read the original mission file of 53kb without a problem, so why this??

Absolutely. Well later tonight will be TAVIANA TIME!!!!!! :)

Thank you so much for your help! Ok, I didn't know that the hiveext.ini had to be in that profiles folder. Well I learned something new! Onto success!!!!

ROFL. I look forward to the solution video. Was it simple?? Did I make a major booboo?

Ok, here is the link to the config folder mission dayzserver pbo start script. I've also added an RPT file. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2imigoc01gp9im8/AAD9DLriqIkjD_lLNrSd5KSma?dl=0 The config folder and the mission folder have been zipped. I did notice that the dayz_server.pbo has been...

THe other classes that call Chernarus are: class Intro class OutroWin class Outroloose Ok, where do we go from here in order to get my Tavi Epoch server run?? BTW, I need a little help on how to post here from PasteBin.com.

Out of curiosity, there is a line in the init.sqf within the DayZ_Epoch_11.Tavi MPMission folder that states dayZ_instance = 11. Does this 11 have to match the mission number?? Do the upper or lower case letter make a difference? One more question SB. In the mission folder DayZ_Epoch_11.Tavi...

Here is the hiveext.log: 2015-02-20 09:27:49 HiveExt: [Information] HiveExt 2015-02-20 09:27:50 Database: [Error] Error 1045 (Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)) in connect the server_console.log has this: 22:30:24 Host identity created. Yes I know, there should...

Shhhucks, I feel honored to be called best friend. :D :p Yes, but yet I can't find the reason why it's calling the wrong db. It's basically a direct copy of the bloody Epoch server. BTW, I am having difficulty with the Pastebin application. It's not letting me put all files in. I...

New best friend??? o_O I did copy the hiveext.ini over. I simply copied over the entire Epoch folder and renamed it Tavi, verified that the cfg files were pointing and calling the correct files.

Alright, tried that server again and keep getting that local host error message. The link below is the folder containing my RPT file, hive log, server_console log and the screendump at the time of the error. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sr1wyckond51wze/AADWPtCKKSpgHRH0jYaVXGSsa?dl=0 Well, let's...
