After installing admin tools.. cars no longer save. They go back to a destination they were a while back. Any reason for this? Is this a common problem?

Is there anyway I can do this with a DayZ.St server? I was thinking 6 hour restarts 4 hours day and 2 hours night. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
